Winter Survival Packs
It's that time of year again! Our ministry started out with passing out winter survival packs to the homeless for the cold months, and we have continued this every year since 2020. And with your donation we can continue to pass out our winter survival packs to those who cannot escape the elements.
These winter survival packs include essentials such as: a Bible, gloves, hat, socks, hand warmers, hygiene supplies, blanket, and a sleeping bag. We also provide coats and jackets to those who need them as well!
As of, 11/19/2024, with the help of our donors, we have been able to create and pass out 48 winter survival packs! Thank you so very much for your donations!
However, there is still a need for our winter survival packs! We pass out at least 80-90 packs a year, and we are in need to replenish our supplies to be able to continue passing out our winter survival packs.
We have estimated that to create each pack it is roughly $50. These winter survival packs are crucial to those in our community that we serve so that they can survive the bitter cold months. So we ask that you look into your heart and consider donating to this great cause. Any and all donations are accepted and appreciated!

Elim House: Homeless Outreach & Soup Kitchen

As many know, we opened our homeless outreach and soup kitchen this Easter. It was a long hard road to getting Elim House open, but with the Grace of God it happened. Each night we are open we serve anywhere from 50-70 people. We also serve breakfast on Sundays before church service. We have estimated that we have served over 7,262 meals this year. None of this would have been possible with out the help of the donors we have had so far, and for that we thank every one of you who have helped contribute to our ministry in feeding those in need at Elim House!
That being said, since we are a non-profit funded purely by donations, in order to continue serving meals to those in need in our community we need your help! Each meal consists of soup, sandwich, chips, and drink and the cost breaks down to roughly $6 a meal. Which makes it about $300-$420 to feed 50-70 people each night we are open. We know from first hand how needed our ministry is in our community. We feed anyone in need who walks through Elim House's doors, we do this without any religious or lifestyle prerequisites, because we know Jesus would feed anyone who came to him in need regardless of who they were or where they came from.
